Pillow and under blanket not provided .
No TV and WiFi.
Charging pets not working anywhere in bus.
Upper blanket was foul smell and not cleaned.
Bed bugs every where.
A/C air was mud smell,so I turned it off .
No water bottle or complementary snacks provided.
People coming into bus and shots to sell water, chai, puffs and others and pull privacy curtains which disturb passengers.
DROP points are wrong.. They stopped nearly 13 kme from stop were I need to book a can again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Behaviour from staff , late drop by 5 hrs , I took bus from boriwali at 4 evening n got drop at afternoon 2 o clock . Insane bus even drivers are also not concern about anything.

Horrible experience.
Charging ports are not working.
The bus is tilted on the left.
Seats are not comfortable.
It's not a volvo for sure.
The bus was late too.
Very very bad service.
