★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a seat in non ac citizen travels, the seat was very much cleaned and that is the thing impressed me a lot. Value for money and had a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service by Citizen. Worst behaviour and coordination by driver during passenger pick up and drop.
No fixed location to pick up passenger in Ahmednagar location.
Driver has changed location 3 times - tarakpur bus stand- patrakar chawk- Savedi.
Paid 150 Rs in Auto rickshaw to follow bus driver.
Wastage of money and time.
Too much frustration.
Think once before booking such services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus service was so so pathetic.
I was travelled from indore to nasik in the middle of the journey the bus driver pick up so many peoples like 15 to 20 from sendhwa and put in the sleeper seats like a luggage boxes...this peoples was very annoying and they shouting and screaming through out the journey.it was very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is so rude. Have changed my seat number without asking me and then were arguing with me. Also when called were talking harshly and disconnected call in middle. Later when called didn't picked up my call.
Also journey was so painful since driver was not driving well. Painful and worst trip ever. Would suggest go for some other travels in place of this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't have to write anything about the bus service as my *(Rating) is already talking about it.
My mother had a bad experience traveling with "this" company bus. Drivers and Cleaner are rude in speaking with passengers. It's not their fault rather it's a fault of employer who is not focusing on customer service.
My mother have back problem and cleaner asked her to keep luggage on seat and denied her for keeping it in a luggage compartment.
I think this is the reason "Citizen buses" are always vacant and other people also don't like traveling with this company.
Highly disappointed & won't suggest anyone?☹️

Staff are helpfull.
