★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The actual flats under construction seems much smaller in size than the model flats shown to me at the time of booking. The construction work is also very slow and not sure if the flats can be handed over within the date as committed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Editing my reviews with honest experience. Up until agreement everything is awesome. Customer service and sales people will respond promptly. After sales is when you starts to experience real customer service. It is very poor. No one seems to respond to email queries. They never update customer with periodic update on the construction status.
Moreover, construction is extremely slow. In 6 months since my booking, they raised only 3 floors slabs. It was scheduled to be done in Aug, 2020. I don't see it is being completed in 2021. Considering COVID lockdown that is probably going to extend even more.
You'd expect some level of professionalism to update customers during COVID situation and the impact on handover date when we're paying EMI with hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Citrus Aire project is more or less abandoned, please be aware.
The project originally conceived as Gowri Heights in the year 2011, was taken over by Citrus in the year 2015-16. The building plan was subsequently changed, and work started in the year 2017-18. However, all the NOCs, including fire certificate, electricity, have expired and there is no plan whatsoever to obtain fresh set of NOCs.
Coming to the project, it is located far away form the city, though near to the upcoming metro corridor. As per RERA, the deluvery date was December 2020. Hoever, it would at least take 3-4 years to complete the project if at all it is done. All work pertaining to the project has stopped siince the begining of the lockdown in erly 2020. It is not clear if Citrus is in a position to complete the project given the fact there has been very few buyers. They are likely to offer apartments at a throwaway price, with the motive of trapping the investor. On actual visit to the site, no activities could be seen in the project not only then but in past 1 year. The 4 floors built, have not progressed an inch more in past two years. It looked very much an abandoned site.
