★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst banquet hall ever experienced. They Cancelled our booking just one day before the function, stating that some other booking was already there and our booking was done by mistake. The lady there was not professional at all, inspite of knowing their mistake she was shouting and was very arrogant.
Because of them we underwent mental pressure.
Writing this review so that this won't happen to anyone else in future and one shouldn't undergo such mental torture that we have undergone on our special day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked City Banquet for my son's 1st Birthday but I'm really disappointed from their service. The food they served us for a tasting prospective was up-to the mark but the food they offered on the day of occasion was really pathetic. Tikki was so hard, gazar ka halwa is like you added sugar in carrot along with water only, snacks are also not good. I didn't even negotiate over price per plate just to ensure that they should never compromise over quality of food but still I ended up with pathetic food. Even my relatives are bluntly saying over my face that food was not good.
Its a suggestion for everyone to think ten times before booking this place for any occasion. Decoration wise its looks attractive to anybody but food wise its really disappointing. Never taste food in the managers room, directly taste the food which they are actually serving in some party. As per them they cook every food in their kitchen but frankly I have strong doubt over that.
Mr Dharmesh don't make your customer fool. Its all about someones prestige in front of their relatives & friends which you are spoiling. You promised a lot but delivered nothing. If you guys are still planned to try this banquet, I would recommend you to not give whole payment before starting of any function. Hold 30 to 40% to provide in the end so that atleast they should not try to make you fool by serving worst food. I wish I could give you ratings in negative as you spoiled my special day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The banquet is pretty amazing. I organised an anniversary party for my parents and they were so impressed. The thing which my parents liked the most was the food and everyone was appreciating the staff because they were treating everyone very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I have to say is,simply amazing.It is truly an amazing experience to visit this banquet.The decor and the interior of the banquet looks fabulous. About 200-250 people can be accommodated in this banquet. The food appears amazing and the flavors have remarkable depth.The staff is very polite and the service is great. Also, the place is fully air-conditioned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hall was good for small gathering but ac was not working properly not at the party area as well as not on the second floor where food was placed. Food/lounge area was too hot as compared to the party area.
Food was ok.
