My only concern was, in an empty bus I was asked to pay full fare for a 5 year child with a reason that since he is sitting on a seat. .
That behavior of conductor seems to be awkward..
Doesn't it mean that in an empty bus also we need to carry children...
And when we stand and go in bus they don't give additional discount...
