★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place for attending a seminar on child education mantra organized by dr shital lathiya and her husband mr Dr Bipin lathiya. They had explained us about the education system currently running into India. Why we are lacking in technology today. Because we lost our basics culture.in ancient time we had University like Nalanda and Takshasila. But today we are emphasized on English language. We should educate our child in mother tounge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location with all 3 bhk flat get accommodation near surat station, but they prefer Jain first, else you will need 2 guarantor to get a flat hare.
Best part flats are very spacious.
