★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall I would rate 2 only on the service provided.
1. Rooms are congested.
2. No space to get in the bathroom very congested.
3. Food is not that great.
4. Location is exactly near the Delhi railway station.
5. If you are visiting via cab you will at first place think it's not a proper location as it's a retail area but quite okay.
6. Didn't felt worthy the money we paid.
7. They offer salon service as well but for females I wouldn't suggest to visit.
8. Salon takes cash only no card or upi options though they have kept the QR code.

Interrior decoration is Loveable .
Room service also good But room cleaning service can comes to take certain time for coming at the first day of our checkin.
Price is tooo high.
DTH All Channels are not working in Television.
Mor they gives breakfast for her customers.
Thats a buffee system.
I like the food and her services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ extremely rude behaviour by the manager. i had booked the prime who is the owner of the same property. i received confirmation call from the manager and i informed him my check-in timings too, but upon reaching the prime i was told that there are no rooms available and i have to shift to the different property in the middle of the night with the promise of shifting me to the main hotel in the morning. but again the manager told be that they cannot shift me to the main hotel before 11.00 am. at first he didn't inform me about my non availability of the room 2nd he was rude at asking me to pay for this bad hotel at this similar proce. won't recommend anyone to stay here or at the prime

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first room had to be changed because the key didn’t work. The second room had to be changed because the deadbolt was broken on the door. The final room we ended up with was terrible! The bathroom ceiling was crumbling down.
I had to go around to the office yet again because there was no batteries in the remote. She gave me a remote I had to google the instructions on to get it to work on the TV. The bed was terrible! A thin mattress thrown on a broken down frame that lifted on one side when you sat on the other.
The tub was horrible and couldn’t have been cleaned every day because there was staining and mold that gathered in places. Something that would not happen with proper daily cleaning. If not for time constraints I would’ve asked for a refund and left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service and hospitality. Cigarette smoke is there, no ventilation. No kitchen is here. They told resturant is on the top floor but got to know that only few tables with dirty table clothes and chairs are there. Food gets cold, when it is taken from outside and upon that they will surcharge the service charge. Room service is very pathetic. On the day of checkout they there was no hot water and when called the staff, they told that we run out of diesel and so no water will be available.
The bed sheets are stained and the towels they provide are not cleaned properly. Staff not good.
Overall all the reviews that are more than 3 here are fake.
Number of good hotels are there that can be booked directly.
