People from all walks of life are visible here, breathing in fresh air, walking away towards fitness.
The path is well mantained and well lit for people who like to walk post 7 PM.
Just an caution, you may see stray monkeys and dogs.
Though they are not harmful, however, always be on lookout.
Also, star attraction is Peacock, which can be spotted now and then running around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place for morning and evening stroll with tracks for jogging, running, etc near IGNOU road, Saidulajab adjacent to SDM office, Saket. You may find peacocks, monkeys, parrots enjoying their own morning strolls among their human counterparts in their common pursuit for fitness. There is a nursery for buying plants and some fresh produce of the forest up for sale. Needless to say, nature has a healing capacity and the forest leaves you feeling calm and more focussed on your goals for the day. Safety for women is not an issue as it gets ample footfall even in morning, you can find people around throughout the tracks.

Very good place for joggers, morning Walker and all.
Proper track is there for running. Surrounded by lush green trees which will give you fresh oxygen. The outer hard track is close to about 2km in length. There is place where you can do yoga etc.
Morning time is around 5 am till 10 am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This park is really amazing you can go for daily walk jogging and yoga. Not problem for parking clean and hygiene there are many street dogs you can bring food for them and you can also buy plants from here at very low prices as this park is managed by govt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oxygen factory of this area. Birds are in abundance and specially peacocks in abundance. Half the path is cemented so easy to walk even in rainy season. Park open till 10 am in morning from 5am and then from 4pm till 7pm at evening. Free of cost entrance.
