★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has a really wide variety of beds, sofa sets, dining tables, chairs and many other furnishing products.. You can also look at the variety of looking glass and chairs. Had a really nice experience of shopping and totally looking forward to visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst customer service. Selling fake marble dining tables. Marble got cracked on table within 2 weeks of purchase. Owner is rude and totally unhelpful. Not recommend city furniture to anyone in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service experience ever. The one who sits behind the computer to attend to the customers doesn't even have the proper etiquette to speak politely. Rude, arrogant, most probably lack of understanding the language "english", makes them more unhelpful to the quiries put. Thought of ordering/renting few items but seeing the customer service from them gave me a second thought. Imagine what will be the service throughout the time period when you are already facing the high handed attitude from the very begining of your order. Never will I recommend such unprofessional site to anyone!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a rude staff , I have never seen. He is thinking, he have only shop of furniture in India. Can't even express such type of behavior. Don't purchase from this shop. Think, if at the time of sale such a rude behaviour, how he will give you after sale service. Zero rating out of 100.
