★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was awful. The restaurant is so small that you don't even need to shout and you would be heard from one end to another. Yet, the waiters completely ignored us in an empty restaurant. The service quality was so abysmal that one of the waiters was locked into his smart phone while chatting to his buddy and there I was, sitting with my hand raised, calling him. Half of the items are not available in the menu. When asked about it, it was rudly replied to is that these dishes are only pre-ordered for parties. And these dumb guys have the audacity to say that to my face. What a 14th century service in 21 at century.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use to visit City Heart at least once every month. I love the place every and have lots of memories with the place. I my engagement function was at the same place. It had a very good Malai kofta, kadai paneer and dal makhni. Rest other things are also good in taste and quality for food is also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic food, ambience, ACs are not working at all. We have attended one family function over there and they have just put Coolers instead of ACs.... Pathetic food taste.... I pick up one roti and there is a hair in that. Don't go.

It was a anniversary party. I decided to book city heart. It is a decent place for family gathering. Food is good I won't say great but if you have limited budget for 20-30 people it's a place for you

? It used to be a well decorated restaurant in the past. Good Ambience and Good Food.
The place has become little shady but if you want to book for a small family gathering or a birthday party, then its a perfect place.?
