Most importantly for pregnancy cases savita mainly focuses on cesarian cases also covert normal deliveries into cesarian. POOR infrastructure.
Pharmacy don't give bills.
No TIN number mention on cash bills.
No E-payment facilities available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and arrogant of the highest order. Non supportive staff. Entire hospital team lives in stone age as even availability is not confirmed over phone. Even they don't keep their words regarding appointments / medical procedure. 'Giving proper answer to patients' need to be understood by staff.
No social distancing is maintained.
Only cash payments is accepted which raises doubt of many kind.
Dr. Nitin - stop considering yourself as the only Gastroenterologist on the planet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non supportive staff , commercialization .. emergency not entertained . She is saying emergency toh dekhte hi nahi .. Dr. Nitin gupta will check 20 patients only if any one want to discuss emergency case then he will not consult that patient. Is this the duty of doctor?

Dr. Nitin Gupta takes only 20 new & about 50/60 old patients in a day but once u are trapped on his first appointment then u will not get second..Poor managment of taking appointment.. It is like a lottery if you get his appointment because he visits two days a week & the procedure of talking patients is same i.e. Before 8 am he will not give appointment & after 8 you would not get your phone connected to the only phone provided & after 9am the slot is full. Then again after three days one has to follow same procedure..*VERY VERY VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. Why a doctor shiuld add new patients when he has no time to attend them..
Not recommended... not only this but other reasons are also like no social distancing, Staff is very rude. Even the doctor itself tries to free the patient without listening his complete problems..Because a big chunk of patients waiting outside. Cleanliness is also an issue ..
