Knowledge and caring approach" is totally found missing. So, I would never recommend to use this hospital. Go with another one with knowledgeable and caring doctors and staff who cares our loved ones in their difficult situation...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doctor is present in the hospital, they give consultations to the patient on the phone even when the patient is in the ICU.
No proper waiting room for patient's relatives, overall 20 beds with a total of only 3 seats for the relatives.
The one star is only for hygienic environment maintained in the hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are ok and caring, but management not charging rooms as per their standard mentioned charges.
Overcharging for rooms so for beds. Nurses don't bother to check body temperature unless they are told to check. Pathology and radiology guys are pathetic. Professional way needed to treat patients.

Housekeeping is well and good. Overall care in city hospital is excellent and I will refer this hospital to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are very kind and they have time to talk to a patient. they solve each and every doubt of us. well-known doctors in virar are there to serve us. they have lot of experiences and handle it very gently..
staff (Sister, ward-boy, housekeeping staff) are very well mannered and respectful to there patient and relative.
and they also have pathology service available in hospital with established player. and have best, accurate, and quality reports without giving a chance to complaint.
