Undoubtedly the best library in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The study hall with enormous seats along with best facilities like WiFi, rest rooms, separate canteens, coffee and water dispensers. It is situated in center of the city i.e. in Rajapeth. You just need to reserve your seat beforehand as there are so many people come to ask for seats in this reading room.
