It is near panch batti and main landmark would be Raj Mandir.
The mall is in corner and has many electronic shops. Inside the mall there are few showrooms and 1 lift is not working. Parking is easily available.
The mall is not maintained and is very dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge, empty mall, standing as an eyesore bang in the middle of the city. Someone needs to do something about this ugly monstrosity.
My wife was looking to do some last minute shopping and brought me here. Even in the middle of the afternoon it looked like something straight out of a zombie film set. There was only one women's clothing Store open on the first floor in a corner premises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please, always place order "Cash on Delivery", because if you order with online payment, you will neither receive your items nor amount will be refunded. And if you try to call or message, no response or support will be given. I ordered with prepaid amount Rs 255, on 28.2.2022, (order no 6860074, 6860075, 6860076 and 6860077), but my items were shown in App as delivered, but did not deliver to me. When I tried to contact, they did not give satisfactory response. When I informed via msg, to go to consumer court, they refunded only Rs 95/- on 2nd March, and marked against items as "not available", whereas they were marke as "delivered". So please be aware, and if you do want to order at this City Mall, then never pay in advance. Only order COD, and pay only after having checked the ordered items quality & quantity. I am preparing to go to COURT to get my Rs 160 with compensation for mental torture by this City Mall.
