★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the previous 5 star reveiews are names of their employee/fake. Forget about speed or consistency. Their customer care doesn’t even have courtesy to give a follow up. They called me and confirmed installing new connection after their new “setup” in my locality. I discontinued my old ISP ‘cause of their assurity! For a month i had to take follow up and no connection! Later they call and say “sorry we haven’t established optical fiber in your area”. So basically u have to get back to your old ISP and pay installation charges again as it will be deemed to be new connection! No basic courtesy and can’t be trusted at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse service ever! For 8 months it worked well then issues prevailed! No follow up from the company. False commitments about changing devices and then no feedback. Had to use extended data packs for internet. Most unreliable service i have faced. If your work depends on internet and usage is decent enough then wouldn’t suggest this company as they won’t resolve the issue and then chose to disconnect your service without any notice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. I have subscribed just a couple of weeks ago and wanted to get a broadband connection asap. The installation procedure was absolutely hassle free and was done within 4 days of payment. Here I am using the 10mbps plan for a month without a single day of disruption to the service. Also I do get the 10 Mpbs speed always throughout the day. Hope this helps..
