★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They always says they will resolve your problem but believe me it will not be resolved at the end of that week.. sometimes you get lucky and work will be done in one day.. they dosen't take you seriously untill you stand on their head untill problem is reaolved..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an excellent place for service . Had visited here as my instrument was spoilt for mtnl landline and Mr Kasim really helped me out . He is a very humble and genuine guy. If you have any MTNL related problem im sure they will be resolved here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place needs renovation desperately. There should more signs and hoardings stating city telephone exchange.
I had an issue related to the plan i selected. I had cane here as the local MTNL office gave me this address.
The incharge officer was very nice and humble MR PAWAR he was a good man. He solved my queries and explained me each and everything. As a consumer and a MTNL customer i asked hime many questions which not everybody would ask about like the plan change. He showed me the order passed by the MTNL TELE phone exchange department.
Because of this officer I am rating this place a 4 star. Thank you.

mr. soham saha was quick to work and its appreciated that he took a minute to take decision but the has not been implemented.
