I experience that service staffs are well trained to make customer attraction towards the prices that product are available on discount rated, but after buying and billing counter man says that "there is no discount on these products.and no replacements non refundable policy.. When I complaint to manager,"He said:- Sir,staffs and cashiers aren't know the price discount it is known after billing.. Why you wouldn't ask to the cashiers before payment...he said : हमारे यहां ऐसा ही होता है। "How disgusting..."." How can a customer again step in to the shop...?",??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Post Big Bazar fiasco the retail stores are really struggling including CityKart. Advent of Flipkart/Amazon/Myntra/Meesho has added to its woes. My personal experience at this Store was not good. Billing staffs were bit rude and unresponsive/unwelcoming. I hope this changes for the good.
