★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can be ordered only via website, which makes the ordering experience really tedious, but, the delivery was fast and some items were not ok but, they readily replaced them and payment was done online only after the items were recieved properly. May be having an app will help smoothen things.

We have previously recommended/suggested many friends about city unbox Durgapur.Now after this very bad experience and fake words for last 3 days we are not going to avail their services again.Also informing my friends whom we recommended not to go with this service.

The quality of the veggies,fish items are always fresh. And most importantly, all local items are available too... Pricing is good..
Cons: There is no mobile based application,that can make the ordering more convenient..
