Very unprofessional people. They just want sale not customer satisfaction. No reply for my complain , it’s being six months.. My name is Nikhil and I am from Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. I have been a regular client of your store, City Vibes, Tonk Road from past 3 years. Inspite of this, I had to face a worst service and this incident had happened with me on my wedding, a big day of my life, with regards to the sherwani that I got ordered for my Wedding Day. I went to City Vibes (Tonk Road) in December for selecting my sherwani and chose a pattern which was supposed to be customised in my size and finalised and paid the advance as well. at the time of sales, the staff was highly overwhelming and so called "well educated sales people ''.. While giving measurements to the master tailor of the store he was using such words like, "Sir, sab ho jayega, aap tension hi mat lo, aap kya lagoge, kya personality hai and blah blah!!!!! Everything was done and selected with the Design & Pattern (same as the piece that was on a display in the store). While giving the advance at the counter, I was told that, "Sir, will call you for the trail after 10-15 days whenever sherwani is ready." Meanwhile, I also asked them to put 7 buttons (as per the pattern) in sherwani, I especially and specifically went to the market, selected and bought a beautiful set of meenakari buttons for my outfit and handed them over and also instructed them to do the necessary needful things related to it. At first hand, I was not informed the status of my shewani, I had to call them and follow-up for my sherwani everytime. finally I reached store for the trial and to my shock, I found that the pattern was entirely different from what I chose while booking the same and with the 9buttons to sherwani. i bought a set of meenakari buttons which comes with a set of 7main buttons n 6 sleeves button. i managed again to bought same buttons from the vendor and hand over to city vibes. And gave my final trail and the upper button was not up to mark and said make sleeves little longer, sir you can collect in 3days the final product. . I literally had the worst time and conversation with the staff coz I was left with no option as it was my wedding right after 3 days. iI went on 3rd day to pick my sherwani n i was shocked seeing that nothing has been done in three days n next day is my big event n they were like taylor said that i have no information but two more employees saying that we have to do changes and they forgot to do. Then they said sir will do on priority and will deliver the product till eveing to your door step. While, trial and my grievances, all the 3 staff members of the store were having different views and opinions to clarify but it was clearly showing the poor and worst service of the store. At that time also I was told and they assured me that they will make the buttons and sleeves in the required order and will get my sherwani delivered at my place as I had to manage several other things related to my wedding. To my shock again, when my wedding outfit was delivered to my place, I was furious and upset to see that no changes and corrections has been done : the same, sleeves were shorter and buttons were very loose stitched and absolutely asymmetric. and I had no option but to wear that improper outfit on my big day. I also paid and spent a total Rs.40000/- for this low graded stitched outfit. I did not expect such an unprofessional and selfish attitude from your staff. it is highly unacceptable that while sales, your staff is very highly overwhelming but after-sales, while servicing, the staff was completely ignorant and didn't bother about my basic requirements related to my own outfits for which I have paid the hefty amount.

Worst experience ...... The staff is rude, judging and they do not care They will judge by your clothes and treat you by that only. !DO NOT VISIT!

This is showroom of clothes, primarily for mans. All top brands cloths are available. This showroom is from old city's famous Style Taylor. Here you can finalize cloth material and they will provide you stitched Dress, be it Over Coats, Suit, Trousers, Shirts, Shorts, Bermudas etc. Fitting is extra ordinary. You won't find such stichting anywhere else. Must visit and try shop for those who have still not tried Style Taylor.

Highly priced..and you can't even find what you want exactly...still they have a quite good collection of traditional clothes and suites.

Good collection with nice staff.

In mid range traditional costume people's may prefer.staff behaviour is so nice. Collection is good

Love absolutely love, specially the black shirt fabric, oh man I literally loved wearing that shirt ⚫ a.k.a man in black

It was good experience and all the apparels are very good and cost efficient
