★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 cooperation From the staff, no adherence of the timings,no punctuality, no politeness From the staff especially the person doing Covid test. They were rude, they were not on time. Member who was doing registration for Covid test reached late in the office. They didn't follow the sequence for Covid test based on first come, first serve. Pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not proper testing management. For an single test you have to wait atleast 2 hour and 2 hour for test result. To make an parchi you have to come early otherwise wait for another 2 hours. No even of guarantee on that day you are going and have to consult with respective doctor.

They don't bother about patients especially when there is an emergency. They have no idea what to do.
I hope Indians will soon realize that we need good hospitals & doctors in India and not another temple or statue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are so busy that they can't even sign a medical bill for verification. They said wait for the doctor to check all the patients and then he will sign on the bill, u can keep the bills here and come another day to take them if they are verified. So just for the one bill a person have to wait whole day or more days.
If doctor is busy, the person who have come for the verification is also a employee who have taken a leave to do the pending work. He can't come just to submit the bill and come another day to take them.
Just a sign?

2) Pharmacist are given injectable
3) Most importantly the security has more attitude the doctors, they fight with everyone, don't allow patient who had emergency to go but allow there know once and then you question them as to why you let ur know to go they start grouping up to fight.
Shameful!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give 0 but option is for atleast to give one. No good doctor during emergency. Even for ultrasound they ask to go to private in night and machines are demaged if go early for blood tests.
