I went for vaccination and was mis-treated, yelled at for no reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ramandeep Kaur~ SMO of the institute is the most ill behavioured and rude lady! We went to collect our covid test reports and the lady just started barking on us like dogs! Taking out the whole frustration on patients. Is this the behaviour expected from SMO of the institute??
