Chandra Kumar Sharma IAS (Retd.), Founder-President
Chandra Kumar Sharma started his career as a history lecturer in Delhi University. He joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1971. During his thirty- seven years of service he has had extensive experience in policy formulation and implementation of projects for afforestation, rural development, education, health and disaster relief operations. In different capacities he has been instrumental in formulating and implementing environmental protection schemes and medical benefit schemes for industrial workers.
He has also served in the Ministry of Education, Government of India, and participated in the UNESCO Conference in Belgrade. Besides being the President of CKS Foundation he is also passionate about teaching History and Political Science to his students.
