★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The show room is specious. There is guard manager to attend your queries. Have Sherwanis, blazers, Kotis, normal eathnic party wear, Readymade groom Feta and juttiya for boys. And sarees and Kurtis for girls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff in the shop treat customers disrespectfully. Prices are misleading, when I was checking clothes in the rack which shows under rs.2000 price then all clothes except 1 was above 2000. Also, these prices exclude tax so billing counter staff gives one more shock by adding tax to the bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Great variety and perfect pricing" are the factors that perfectly describe this place!! It comprises of two floors and ethnic wear can be found on first floor. T-shirts, formals are located at the ground floor. Salespersons were cooperative and provided quick service. Only two trial rooms are available on the ground floor. They have kept a decent variety of ties, perfumes, wallets, belts too. Parking is not at all an issue here. Don't forget to check it out!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited C' lai world urban paud road branch first time.... Frankly saying this is the best branch of clai world I have visited today. The staff especially branch manager ??was too too jolly and helpful. I had exchange related issue without too much rollercoster things he decided and given me exchange as it wasn't easy for them. About cloths there were wide varities from formal, semiformal, casuals, marriage ceremony cloths..... They have even cheap rates like 500 to 1300 max from brands. I must say I was surprised and happy with the shopping here because of branch manager and staff. Nice experience.

I liked a design but he was too adament to do any work. He repeated kept telling me nothing is wrong and keep it as it is. I had to explain him that I want it a certain way, he very rudely spoke back. Not like their was any rush and they all were too busy to attend. I was the only one in the shop. While going out, nobody bothered to check with me what had happened.. I Don't think they need the business. Bad experience.
