This type of service was not expected
After dry cleaning my car seats are still wet,Either Vacuum was not used or it was not effective.
Had Dry cleaned my car many times before but have not experienced this pattern anytime
Its been 2 days & I am still not able to use my car because the seats are wet & it is all sticky/wet/smelly inside my new car -Honda City
Shiners were not used effectively.Vacuum/dust removing process was just not there.Water submitted inside windows.Over all a Pathetic experience,I had to use the cab for my office today- tomorrow also I dont think I will be able to use my car on contacting them they replied very unprofessionally /no proper response.Taking service from them just added extra burden on my pocket that I have to use cab for my work .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Required an interior DRYCLEAN and exterior wash after a rough Car-O-Bar, found them on google. Professionals, came well equipped all guns blazing,on the time promised and got my car in an excellent condition while I dealt with my hangover. I highly recommend you choose their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to rate “Clarowash” as a good (not excellent) cleaning service.
5 STARS for the ECO-Friendly process of cleaning (Steam wash, very less water used (less than 3-4 liters), no mess around)
4 STARS for their staff behavior and ways of working (Friendly, professional, but they seem to be in a hurry for their next appointment)
3 STARS for their DRY Clean service (Seats are very wet, they don’t have appropriate vacuum tool to absorb excessive water).
3 STARS for they CAR Exterior Body cleaning service (For bigger portions like roof, bonnet, doors they are fine but for curvy/smaller areas like door handles, mirrors, etc they have no professional tools).
2 STARS for TYRE/ALLOYS cleaning, not impressed at all.
2 STARS for ENGINE area cleaning, they don’t that have any professional technique for the engine compartment.
0 STAR for CAR bottom area cleaning, they don’t clean CAR bottom at all.
3.5 STARS for their service charges.
Overall, I would rate “Clarowash” 3.5 out of 5 STARS. They can improve their service by few more efforts.

I have never had this kind of satisfaction after sending the vehicle to service center. It was a complete awww experience. Thank you guys for the complete makeover of my car at such affordable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed with service that is offered by your company. I trusted this company as it was new and I thought i should give it a try, I was told that I'll be charged Rs 650 but when one of your guy came to my house and they asked for another Rs 750. I was shocked that why am I been charged extra so out of courtesy I paid 400 extra and when it comes to work quality I am not at all impressed by the work. It is not worth the money that I have spent, I have been trying to reach the customer service through whatsapp but nobody is replying me back. This thing is highly unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional to start with. A company who denies to honour their own company issued vouchers, says a lot about them.
Before getting into details would also like to mention that I see quite a few reviews from the owner and their own staff since I know a few important names in their team given my ordeal with them.
Issue details:
Despite no validity/expiry dates being mentioned on their coupons, they simply refused to accept them. When pushed through another channel who were involved in issuance of those coupons, they finally accepted the coupon but only ONE coupon and continued to deny for the other ones.
Also while issuing coupons, they mentioned both exterior steam wash and interior dry cleaning is included, however, while redemption they only agreed to offer exteriors steam wash including engine bay and only vacuum for interiors.
When finally availed their services, they left the engine bay as-is (refer pics) and had to be pointed out for quite a few spots which were not cleaned. Still for service delivered has earned them an extra star here which otherwise for whole experience would have only fetched single.
