★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealing with the owner/ manager Ms. Sonali was a very unpleasant experience. We booked several rooms for a wedding in the family. Rooms were very comfortable, spacious and nicely done and the staff was very helpful. But the management made it a sour experience. Coming up with new rules and new ways of making money, charging Rs.1000 for a Rs.150 thing and so on. Her absence during the actual event days made it even more chaotic as the staff had no decision-making authority, though they tried to help as much as they could. The immediate family was busy dealing with this chaos instead of enjoying the celebrations. We liked the place, but our experience with the management ruined it all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had booked 5 apartments for a wedding, along with having one of our pre-wedding functions there. While the location and rooms were pretty good for us, the events that happened once we had booked made the whole experience very unpleasant due to our interactions with the owner, Sonali. We were walk-in customers, and at the first instance, some very basic rules were shared with us in the form of a single copy of paper which was shown (couldn't even carry back, and this too disappeared on subsequent visits). No other rules or charges mentioned anywhere and all dealings were only verbal. In the weeks leading to the wedding, Sonali kept adding new charges every time we spoke. These included
- Additional charges added for external catering (their in-house catering was very expensive)
- Limitations put on number of guests which were not discussed earlier
- Lockers weren’t available at the time of check-in (for a wedding where everyone carries jewellery!), since it wasn’t authorised by Sonali before she left for her holiday
This and other erratic dealings left a bitter taste in our mouth which we couldn't do anything about with all the guests there and a wedding in progress. Thankfully staff was helpful which made it a tiny bit easier.
Needless to say that despite it being very nicely done up and a pretty decent place for pre-wedding stay (except the reception interior which is seemingly designed for kid's bday parties), we would not recommend the place to anyone. Its not worth spoiling your mood on your special occasion by dealing with the erratic owners.
Edit: As walk-in customers, you cannot expect us to refer to indirect websites for hotel charges. No one expects to stay at a hotel for free, or use public areas for free. However providing incomplete information at the start is misleading and in bad taste. More than anything, one expects a hotel to have 'hospitality', which was clearly missing in the haphazard dealings (except by some of the staff). All good hotels I have stayed at are honest, open and hospitable, unlike here. Again, the place itself is very well done up, spacious and our pics in the rooms came out very well, so there are definitely a few things done right. Improvement is needed in customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a very good deal at this hotel. The 2bhk appartments are vet spacious. Good is prepared fresh and as per your specifications. They also allowed me to keep my pet which solved majority of my problems as I had a long stay for work. Hotel staff and owner are very polite and co-operative. Services specially are very quick . Overall an amazing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So we stayed over here for a wedding. This is basically again residential apartments and rooms built to be rented out for events. The quality of rooms is pretty neat and clean. They have a huge bedrooms, kitchen, and living room area. There ris space to walk around the compound. The staff is quite helpful to help with any kind of needd. They had also arranged for breakfast. The food was good enough. There ris a lift also available in the compound. There are stairs also. There are in total 3 floors if I remember correctly. You would definitely need transport for to and fro. This is located quite inside from the main road but again what is on main road in Delhi.
