Sold us a faulty item that stopped working as soon as we got it home. When we went back for exchange, the owner refused and treated us extremely badly. He abused my grandfather and was extremely disrespectful and used terribly bad words towards a senior citizen.
Cheating people with third grade products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could give 0 stars if I could. Worst shop ever. Selling duplicate products for double the price. Earphones broke in 2 weeks after purchase. Did not offer any service or refund even if the product was in warranty.
The owner is a very big fraud.
This is the second bad experience I've had with this shop. First time charged exborbitantly high amount for a sim card from my brother.
Then didnt even accept the return even if the pack was unopened.
These guys are cheats.

While buying they will make you believe that they will give you the bset service and when you go with a complaint they will blame you for product misuse and say there is nothing wrong with the product. Charges almost double of what you get elsewhere. Totally avoidable
