It was agreed that the product would be delivered by 31.12.19, but by today’s date I had not received the product. I therefore request them to deliver the product by 01.01.20. Regarding this we try to communicate with them from last 4 days but they are not responding to our calls. Even they are not responding to mail also . Very much unprofessional behaviors they have.
