★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont recommend. We did our entire luminaries shopping from Classic lights. However the owner Pramod was extremely rude once purchase is done. He only wants new business and will not cater to any exchanges or defaults. This experience and shop should be definitely avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faulty products. Sold me a light which started loosing it's color coating within 20 minutes (right after I reached home). Went back the next day, the lady accepted the fault but kept on telling us to buy something else. Even offered us a replacement light which we didn't like as it was not of the design that we wanted. At the end when it was time to refund the money, she started telling us - please come in the morning, please come after 2 hours etc. All this time she was trying to reach someone on the phone. We believed her when she said she will definitely give us our money back in the morning.
When we went back next day, the lady was nowhere to be found and a guy supposedly her boss who denied everything the lady said and neither returned money nor a replacement. At this time we realized why the lady was pushing to come back the next day. She never intended to honor her mistake.
The reason to write such a detailed review is to make sure their potential customers read this and be wary of the unspoken - "the moment you step out of their door, you are no longer their problem even though you made a hefty payment moments ago... ".
IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Zero customer service. The owner Mr. Pramod is rude and vile. Sells defective products despite guaranteeing new products. He will talk to you only till the point the bill has not been paid. When we let him know about the defect, the owner stopped taking our calls, was outright rude and screamed at us that we are making an issue and being a pain for him. He refuses to provide a new product or even give our money back.
An absolutely horrible experience. A money grabbing human with absolutely no decency or ethics of business. Would strongly discourage anyone from buying here.
