I bought two boxes of particular sweet @Rs 400 each.
When I reached home, all of our family members were surprised that the sweets were not fresh.
I went back to return the sweets and complained about the quality of products
But the employee said there is no return policy
I had to exchange one box of sweets with other poor quality of sweet.
Total wastage of money
I asked employee to have a taste
He ddid not sanitizer his hands and touched the sweets with bare hands and returned the same box as such.
The employees were not wearing masks.
The managers don't follow covid rules.
Overall very poor quality service and sweets.
I will not recommend to buy sweets from their shop.
As possible.

Nothing will go wrong if you allow the customers to take a picture of the sweets . otherwise, put a notice that it is forbidden to take a picture.
