★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been scouting for a new home in Yelahanka. During the search, I chanced upon AMV Classique Woodsville in a gated community 'Ramanashree California Gardens'. One of the best gated communities in North Bengaluru, IMO.
This project is a compact set of 14-15 apartments, thoughtfully designed with large sit-outs and balconies. The way the apartments are designed and how they are set amongst trees in reminiscent of Old Bangalore, very charming. I especially liked their 3 BHK south west corner unit, roughly around 1500-1600 carpet, the balconies are HUGE and perfect for Bangalore weather. If you're OK with living in a sub-urban locality, you should look this up.
I spoke with Mr. Sanjith Naik. He took the time out to explain about the project and helped coordinate a visit as well. It seems that these guys have completed multiple projects in the same gated community. Their quality of construction is A+ grade. he also mentioned that, historically they are a large real estate brand in Mangalore. I verified and it matches.
