We had booked 14 seater ac tempo traveller for dwarka and somnath in the month of feb 2021 . Driver was very professional and made our experience memorable.. No hidden charges or advance payments.. 1) Tempo traveller's A.C and radiator was not working with my 5 month old daughter for 4 days.
2) As radiator was not working we need to hold every 45 mints to cool it in Rajasthan's 44 degree heat.
3) We wasted 7 hours to repair car and for reparing he asked to pay advance payment on his behalf as he was not having fund. YET AFTER 7 HOURS CAR WAS NOT WORKING.
4) Toll fund was not enough we have to pay cash on his behalf
5) We check in and check out late because of car.
6) DRIVER WAS DRUNK AND DRIVING, WE JUST GOT SAFE BY AN ACCIDENT. FAMILY MEMBER need to drive for family's safety.
