- They reach interviwee and take multiple rounds (2 coding, 1 technical) 3-days process
- Then they align US panel for final interview, Even the pannel was very happy with the interview (except a senior guy that I came to know later)
- 1st they try negotiating salary
- they say they will release offer on Monday
- Then they say that Senior guy from US pannel don't need person from xyz domain experience
My question : Why don't you guys sync with your management and why do you waste others time ??

Location is fine, next to Amity. Office looked good like small MNCs.
Little gap in HR's professionalism, hope they understand a professional's time is important.
BEWARE: the stability is a big question! They are trying to implement big tech company culture, but there is no focus on India as of now.
