★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a year that I worked with these guys as Senior HR!! Left a few days ago. The company is average, however management does an awesome job in hiring people. Cz each and every person I met there had some USP and was great at something. Plus all employees are young, cool and have good and supportive nature. Got a great deal to learn from everyone.
1.The management strongly needs to work on their tendency to micromanage things.
2.Pay day fluctuations should be improved.
3. Employees and especially the Team Leads should be trusted more and should be involved in decision making.
4. Developers, testers, IMEs and content writers should be paid decently.
5. Pretty TOP HEAVY structure! Management should be trimmed down a bit and decision flow should be equally distributed.
Will recommend for Senior Sales roles/Senior BD roles/Digital Marketing/Mobile App Devs/JavaScript Technologies/PC/BA/some new techs they are hiring for.
Will not recommend for HR/Admin/Junior Sales roles/Junior BD roles/PHP devs/Wordpress dev/UI Dev/UX/Front End Dev/Testing/Content Writers/IMEs/any decision making roles.
Here, I would like to mention that personally, my experience was very good with the management, especially my manager and the work. Hope they strive to make themselves better!! Cheers

Amazing Experience of being a part of the team, it has what all it takes for interpersonal growth to professional enrichment. A better place to work in a collaborative environment with a distinct team of people.
I really like the balanced work culture here with time-to-time frolic activities. Most important is the support of the seniors, they motivate you to learn new things and keep you positive without letting you saturate.

The team has been extremely patient and accommodating with my requests and always open to feedback on all the projects that have been delivered. Having worked with some big brands like Daffodil and Appinventiv, I wanted to explore something more challenging that could give me learning and earning at the same time. I started off as an individual contributor and grew on to having my own team of executives working with me in team targets, all this within a span of 1 year. I can not say the shift was easy. I had to grasp new concepts, train myself to understand technology and its implications - all this became easy with the guidance I got from technical program managers and my manager, Pushkar - who work closely with business team here at Clixlogix. The process that this team follows is one of the best thing that keeps them above other companies in the league. All my clients have been extremely satisfied and particularly applaud the human touch this organization gives to the client I work with. Enabling point for this human touch is the HR team and Delivery team. I am glad to work with Hasan (Delivery) and Arpita (HR) who are one of the best mentors in this IT industry, although I dont directly report to them, their support is invaluable. Within my team, I have some of the best minds I work with and I can see this organization growing leaps and bounds in coming years due to an inclusive approach that enables growth and learning for everyone that becomes a part of this team. I would happily recommend ClixLogix to my known ones and colleagues as a great team to work with!
