β β β β β Very Bad experience. Very less staff and variety is available. The person at the store behavior is very irrespective.I had bought a laptop from there and I received laptop without Laptop Bag. The person at the store doesn't take the responsibility and told us to talk the costumer care. Not much helpful staff.

In new c.g road I guess best shop..I search for gift ..but I didn't get it anywhere..but this shop is such aβ€οΈβ€οΈall thing available u went to buy gift .

β β β β β I would not recommended this place when it comes to repairing laptop. I went there to check price of parts for my laptop and the price they informed was extremely expensive. I found same Dell spares for half the price. It's better to source authentic product of Dell from somewhere else. Otherwise sales part is ok.

β β β β β This shop sells rejected nonworking batteries as new ones!
I went to this store to buy a battery for laptop.
6 cell battery was not in stock so they ordered it and it arrived after some days. On inspection it had faded prints and some dent marks so ordered other one.
The "new" battery was imported in 2018, had a recent date written by somebody (they write date for warranty purpose at the time of selling), was repackaged and on installing, did not work at all.
So this Dell exclusive store is fraudulent.

β β β β β When you at evening time and find Store closed is strange. Then you need to call on given number and one person will drop from sky to say "we have only few models, see the display"
Not a Dell kind of buyer experience.
