★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My laptop has charging issue(pluggged in, not charging) and I took it for repair. First they said it is the fault of Power IC and billed me 2,800 for its replacement. Issue still not solved. When i took it for second time they told it is battery problem and made me purchase new battery( 4,200/-). Issue still not solved. Then they said I need to format my laptop for the issue to be solved( cleverly played as we would not do it!!). I took it three times as repeat complaint and still the issue is not solved. Making us fools telling silly reasons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is the worst for service. I went to them to get my laptop battery checked as it was giving a very low battery life inspite of being a new one. They wouldn't even take my laptop to check and just ask me to buy a new battery. When I visit any service centre I expect them to atleast check the product first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center ever ..I went here for keyboard replacement it takes hardly 30 mins time .. these people said they don't have stock ,if we give advance keyboard will be arrived in one day I paid advance and I said them it's urgent if they can't able to do work I can't process my online exams ...after that I went to the service center 4 times for keyboard replacement ..and my exams also completed because of these people I screwed at the last min before the exams...even still they are not doing there job ....I want give zero stars to them but I just 1 star because no other chance ....if they can't able to process they should sorry we are not able to provide service.....I was not saying do give for service to them it's upto you
