This rating is genuinely fake. If you see the review, most of them have copy pasted the same words not even changed the sentence. This is just to increase ratings.
This is a worst service center, i have visited so far. They don't know what is physical damage and what is normal scratch on device. I'm not blaming their staff but I'm blaming their approval staff who approves the replacement. They even don't see the device if there is a needle scratch also. I have complained through email also. But yet to get satisfactory response.
Totally unprofessional approval team.
