internet fluctuations all the time.
can't rely if working from home.
No one picks up the call If the internet is down.
And if they recognize your no. they will block your no.
Don't provide speed what is promised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am using it since June 2017 and Haven't faced any hurdle with them, 99% up-time and he concentrates on restoring connection than attending customer calls during outrage. If they see it takes time to reestablish connection then they intimate customers via SMS and connection will be restored before the time mentioned in SMS.

Wifi doesn’t work properly as per the T&C or brochure.
Renewal option doesn’t work and we cannot get any invoices.
From last 1 week I’m following up for the copy of invoice still no one is ready to response or resolve the query.
Instead of this we can use our Jio network that will be really helpful.
Humble request from my end close your broadband service.
