Cloud nine has a very special doctor. Dr Manjula. She is extremely good at what she does. Right from the start she guided us with the best and finally helped us with our delivery of girl baby. One of the best doctors to consult with. Also the hospital is very good with all service in terms of hospitality, cafeteria and management.. Big 5 stars

Pros : very clean and hygienic, staff are courteous, they take utmost care to respect a woman's privacy in the scan room and take full care of cleanliness. There are midwives/nurses at every place which makes processes smooth. Cons : taking appointment is useless. It's all based on demand. There is no token system. They submit all files to the doctor and the doctor chooses which ones to call. Not sure of what order they maintain. It is not transparent. The front desk which is the gateway to every thing else inside takes a lot of time to create the invoice. The processes here can be made more efficient..

Dr Mamtha is one of the friendliest and kindest doctor I've had the good fortune to meet. My whole pregnancy journey with her has been amazing. She was always there to answer the smallest of questions and assuage my fears as a first time mom. My normal delivery was hassle free and all the credit goes to her. She checked up on me the entire 15 hours I spent in the labour room and delivered my baby with a smile on her face. Would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to have a hassle free journey in their pregnancy..

For your first pregnancy you need a doctor who guides you well. When i visited, Dr. Ruth Mani though gave me her personal number for guidance but she did not guide anything. I was literally on my own. For all my questions she only smiled. Not only this, the day i went for my first scan Dr. Elizabeth was the most rude. She was literally shouting at me inside the scan room to get the scan done quickly. She forced me for a internal scan and when i couldn't comfortably do it, she took an external scan, picked up her bag and left from the hospital! I wonder why they called me to the hospital every weekend for consultation and for scan again after 2 weeks. Bloody money makers!! I am no more visiting them. I stopped visiting and trusting cloud nine after this incident. Giving them 2 stars rating just for the helpful reception staff.

We has been visiting this hospital for the past 6 months and their services are excellent. Doctors are empathetic and cordial with their patients. They provide very good inputs and guidance to take care during pre and post natal care. Facilities are very good with modern equipment and treatments. Premises are well maintained and housekeeping does great job in keeping the premises hygienic. Ambience is good and canteen provides very healthy food at a very affordable price. Overall loved the experience and would recommend to all.

There is no Miracle here either you consult Dr Manjula Deepak at CloudNine HRBR or you deliver your baby at any corporate hospital. "You will just end up spending Lakhs of rupees and these Corporates just make business". Consulting doctor: Manjula Deepak Had 1st baby on 23 April 2020 here(Normal delivery). Again planned 2nd delivery on 21 January 2022 b/n 12 and 12.30 noon with a prior intimation on 18 January (Cesarean) On the due date, we are asked to wait for 2 hours just to allocate a room. Later we were given room no 204 ie., Male duty doctor room which is very bad as you can see in picture attached. Day 1: Usually staff will welcome the new born with a hoarding on room entrance and balloons which i didn't see only for my room. Missed the excitement. I asked the nursing staff either to allocate a different room or to arrange a call with Mrs Jonas, a CRE staff explaining packages. They refused to do so. Usually they will provide 2 water bottles per day to a room. No water bottles are given. Lack of tissues in room to clean the new born after feeding or for care takers Dinner box was received after 10.30 PM after subsequent follow-ups. Day 2: Finally after shouting at them for the hospitality service, room was mobbed around 11 AM. Around 1.30 PM, pantry service guy delivered water bottles. When asked for the unavailability of service on the previous day, he said there is no information to their department that room 204 was occupied. Insurance desk informed me that my insurance was not active. When I ask them for acknowledgement mail/message, they said they just had a word on call with my insurer which is not at all acceptable from such a leading chain of hospitals. When I received a call for service feedback around 4 PM. I have informed all the above issues and asked to connect me to the HRBR branch head/manager. I told i will refuse to pay complete bill and will take it up with higher authority. Then, the corporate game started. With in a hour Provisional bill was shared. There are balloons tied up at the entrance with a board "xyz are blessed with a baby girl". Juices are delivered on time. Mobbed floor agin the evening. Food delivered on time. Day 3: For every delivery at CloudNine, photoshoot will happen as a token of gesture and one selected photo with frame will be handed over. But, when I checked i was told that there is no photoshoot and asked to make it on follow-up visit/check-up. Even no bath was given to baby. Finally, awaiting to see the final bill around 1.5 Lakh ? In case, if you test COVID +ive, please don't visit CloudNine (HRBR). You will have bad time/memories the way they attend you. Moreover, they squeeze more money just for one inaccurate RTPCR report.

Good Place. I went there for vaccination dose. It was organized at the basement but the place was well organized. They had chairs for the que and the person was taking the details one by one. They have their app on which you can do the payments easily. Get the vaccine and carry on. I took the first Jab in Apollo and they didn't even offer a cotton piece for the injection. Here they provided chair and juice as well post jab. Off course including cotton. Compared to Apollo they are more organized and professional.

We had consulted Dr. K. Sushmita for my wife's pregnancy and very satisfied with the consultation. We were blessed with baby Girl at Cloudnine hospital HRBR and that was a Normal delivery. Dr.Sushmita was so supportive throughout pregnancy stages and mainly at the time of delivery. One of the best maternity hospital I have ever visited. Having the best and smooth experience with the delivery of my baby and all the services like supervisor, asha, hk staff(pavitra and madhavi) are superb. Thanks to Dr.Sushmita and all supportive staffs of Cloudnine hospital for the safe delivery and all the cares.
