Cloudnine Hospital - Noida - Noida

Overall, it was good exp, but not very good due to some staff, their attitude and way of working. Let me explain that… There was a Manager on Duty Bhavya. She loves sitting in her cabin and attend everything on calls but don’t want to go check, attend, and solve anything being physically present. She doesn’t care abt the room / AC conditions or don’t abt anything. Just enjoying the comfort of her job. There was a Security Guard named Gautam, he was very generous, helpful, and responsive. There was a Sister named Rekha at Labour 1st entry level beds in charge. She is the worst staff of this Hospital and has the worst behaviour, way of talking, treating ppl and just helpless. She feels like owner of the Hospital. She should be fired right away. There was a maintenance staff Govind, he was very helpful and generous. Understood the real issue of AC and helped his best possible as per his working boundaries. Canteen will not pick your calls 50% times and when they pick also not very helpful as you need to follow-up at least 3 times for 1 order, then only it will be delivered in your room. For simple Blanket requirement we needed to ask 3 times on 1st flr nurses reception area. They just keeping the ask to each other and then blame each other in the last when you get angry. Though as per package attendant tea / food should automatically. However, you need to take follow-up to get it. At the times of package booking, the salesperson was very promising. But when we needed him due to real issues, he was not there and neither pick our calls nor helped anything. Even they will promise you things that you will feel awesome when listening, like baby footprint, photo frame, room decoration, etc. But all these things will be very basic if you don’t spend hefty amount to get premium services. The room they gave us never has any gas in its AC and they kept telling us that it will take some time for cooling. After 4hrs of struggle, discussions, fight and so many arguments they changed our room. Most of their services were either very very slow of delayed or poor quality / standards. The worst thing was we needed to ask for the things which were already in package. They never provided on their own. This is shame. One of the Duty Dr. shown attitude when Patient was in washrum n she needed to cm 3rd tym to chck the Patient There is a Sister named Shradha, she is very helpful and do superb care of the Patient and baby both. Very well exp and great attitude. Dr. Shishir didn't treat properly while follow up consultation, first time he treated well and gave good time & consultation for Baby. Just because of our Dr. Sandeep Chadha we needed to shift to this Hospital, otherwise we would have never gone there. But there is no other Dr. like her. She is the best we ever met till date. Her 100% intention is to do normal delivery. She puts her heart in the patient. Listens very carefully and very experienced. Even we had some complications in the case, but she is like God in Humans. There is no one like her we ever met / heard abt. She is very humble, kind, supportive, full of positivity and very experienced. Who treats her Patients with utmost love and care, which you will rarely find in a Dr. in today's time. She always encourages Patients for normal delivery as she believes that women body can give birth naturally. Otherwise the Hospital is like – “Uchi Dukaan Fike Pakvaan”

One of the best maternity hospital in India.All Doctors, nurse and office staff too cooperative. Total package in compare to other individuals clinic or hospital also good. Doctor giving full attention to individuals patient and behaving like friend. We are under Doctor Anjali Gupta..She is one of the best behavior and amicably treatment to patients like friend and homely calm atmosphere. Thanks Cloudnine hospital and team for maintaining a world class medical facility ? ???.

This was our first experience with Cloud9. It is very good with required facilities and have great team of expert doctors. They literally treat you like family, all the doctors and supporting staff members are nice and helping. Cloud9 team makes your memories more memorable with new bunch of happiness in your hands - Go for it, totally worth it!

Excellent care and service provided by cloud nine. Special thanks to Sandeep and Prerna who took care of all my requirements at each step. Also special thanks to Dr. Madhulika my doctor who helped me throughout my twin pregnancy journey and with great expertise carried out my delivery without any complications to me and my babies. I am extremely grateful to the nurses and support staff for all the care and help they provided to me and my babies. I thank each and everyone at cloudnine including my doctor for making my stay a memorable experience. The deluxe package was worth it and their was full transparency. The room provided was spacious(for twins). There were various doctors and specialists available who gave their valuable advice and care to me and my babies. Highly recommended!

One of the best maternity hospital in Noida. My Wife was recently admitted on 30 July for immediate delivery. It was a great experience. The doctors and hospital staffs are very experienced and cooperative. The services provided by each one is worth. Thanks a lot Cloud 9. Highly recommended.

Awful experience at Cloud Nine Noida. Went once, just for a RT-PCR test. The payment was done swiftly, but made me wait an insane amount of time for no reason. Seemed like the whole hospital staff was busy with some temple inauguration at the hospital site. No one was present at the collection booth, even though it was merely 10 feet from where half the staff was present, clicking photos themselves. Attaching photos for reference. Booth is locked, but inauguration site is full of hospital staff. Clear indication of where the priorities lie for this "hospital". Would not recommend.

Working Staff is Good and co-operative, service is fine only. You need a lots of effort to get discharge from Hospital. Sometimes add extra amount in invoice, later apologize if you prove them wrong. Need to read invoice carefully.
