I got my braces treatment done here on Clove Noida under Dr. Priya for nearly 2 years. It was totally a new experience for me. However each procedure was well explained and guided. There are no words to describe how WONDERFUL my experience was with CLOVE DENTAL. My sincere gratitude towards Dr. Priya for her excellent suggestions and beneficent care and treatment provided to me ? Got scaling done by Dr. Shreetama. On call Dr. Aishwarya from told us the rates were 1090 for a 1 sitting cleanup session while the clinic said 2490, stating it's a deep scaling requirement amd would require 2 sittings. Nonetheless, we went with it, as the doctor said it can be done in a single sitting itself. The session lasted 10-15 minutes in total, though the procedure was very rough and the suction was placed directly at the skin at all times, after even requesting it be taken gently. Quite rough. The doctor is polite.

I visited Clove Dental at Sec 51 for wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Andleeb did a wonderful job. It took her less than 2 minutes to extract the tooth and I experienced no pain or discomfort during and after the extraction! Really appreciate how patiently she responded to all my queries as well. Highly recommend her. Thank you Dr. Andleeb.

I have had great experience in the past and I went back for Dr Sheetal Kaur but today had a different doctor named Dr Sreetama Talukdar. When I called the customer care number to book an appointment for a regular clean-up, I was informed it is Rs 500 consultation + Rs 1100 for clean-up. I booked an appointment and went for my appointment. When I got there, I went to the room. Got in the chair. Was prepped properly by the attendant. The doctor came in after a few minutes and asked my concern. To which I shared with her that it'll only be - clean up for today (shared other information about past clean-up) and informed her of the prices I was given on the phone. She replied saying the correct prices are - Consultation Rs 500, Clean-up in two parts: Scaling Rs 2490 Polishing Rs 690. She then suggested a platinum membership for Rs 4900. I found it absurd how online they give you a different price and in-person something else. *Even if it depends on the nature of how much work it involves, atleast they should explain why the sudden hike from 1100 - 2490? *shouldn't the Dr look into my mouth first, check the scope of work and then give the price? That is logic. Dr Talukdar gave this price without hesitation and without even looking inside my mouth. (just because I said I live in Canada and not India. Hence, the assumption that they can pay whatever amount. No regulations or Transparency. Pls Dr Talukdar, you're a doctor first and a branch head to meet her sales, second. This isn't clean business skills. Moving on, she took pictures and continued with an 8 minutes clean-up of the lower teeth. Her hand was steady, she was gentle and that was great. But the last times they always showed images before doing clean-up. They took few minutes to explain procedure and cost involved. *That is Consultation* Today felt like that part was skipped. It felt so commercial and quick. When the doctor was done, I had to ask her if any precautions for the mext 24 hours till our next appointment tomorrow. To which she gave information. But isn't that something, I should be informed without my asking? What was the rush to get done with me. Again, I will say - great skills, she made sure she was gentle while her work. But as a client/ patient, I felt rushed. I appreciate the information of platinum membership, I don't think its a sales pitch. Its necessary to know and also for options, but I clearly said I don't live in India. Not to mention - The discripency between the prices Clove Dental Customer service gives on the phone to when you're in the doctor's chair. No transparency to explain why the hike from Rs 1100 - Rs 2490 (+ polishing Rs 690). I came back home and called the delhi/ ncr customer care number (to check if I made a mistake in hearing prices) Same prices Consulting Rs 500 + Clean-up Rs 1100). The lady on the phone too sounded suprised when I told her what they charged me. Sector 51 CD, charged me new prices without even acknowleding the prices given to me online. Dr Talukdar clearly said, these are our prices, you can check. So now I don't know which information is incorrect - online or in-person.
