★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will ask you to give a review in front of them Haha because they know their services are not good. For starters, they will ask he patient to call them to book their appointments, why are the patients paying thousands of bucks then? Secondly, they’ll not ask you for any covid related issues and when you reach for your appointment they will simply say no. I understand that they said no to the treatment but not asking in the beginning of the call for any of these issues shows a lack of their responsibility. And then the staff has the audacity to tell the patient to call the doctor for booking the next appointment? I would like to know why I spent 10k on my treatment at a place where I have to call again and again for treatment. Lastly I had to get my root canal done which took these people 2.5 months to complete the procedure, so yeah!
Also the assistant here Mona has no basic sense of how to talk to people, if you are looking forward to feel that someone is doing a favour to you by providing treatment to your ailments, do visit this clinic and especially meet Ms. Mona. Kudos to the team tho!
PS: the backend team of clove has confirmed that they ask each and every patient before they book an appointment whether they have a running nose or a sore throat. But I guess this clinic has their own rules!
