★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had taken possession of this flat C 105 in CASABLANCA project at MAVAL around 3 months back and we are using this only as a weekend home so it is very sparingly used. Since we have taken possession, we have stayed here only 3 nights so far.
On Saturday 8 Sept we visited this place and my wife used the master bed bathroom toilet to answer nature's call (it is first time use). As soon as she sat on the toilet seat, the whole comode was uprooted from its wall mounting and fell down. My wife also fell down and sustained injuries. Fortunately we have been saved from major fatality and even it could have caused death if some senior citizen was using this toilet when accident happened.
The points which I had mentioned earlier while taking possession are still pending. The maintenance manager at sight is very arrogant and he feel any complaint from any resident (there are only 4 or 5 at present in whole society of more that 200 flats) as disturbance his peace.
Now I want some senior guy to check the whole flat afresh with all its fittings and declare it is safe to live in this flat and only then I will start using it.
