★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Repeated calls from this facility have been done to my brother. Some jackass named Ankit Kumar is a bloody torture over the office telling his collegeaues to torture busy working important people. Bloody morons with worthless, useless lives.
Nobody wants to go on these torturous holidays. Shut the idiotic office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. Phone lines don't work or take wayyy too much time. Better to save money and book resorts directly than having to fight like beggars for a room even 3 months before arrival date
