β β β β β They provide pathetic customer service...I took the membership in April this year..huge amount of 4 Lakhs and they are not fulfilling their promise...they never return back on mails..their customer care repeat same thing again and again..they do not have any escalation matrix...nobody to listen...their branch managers are completely unprofessional...they promise a call back which never happens..
I am seriously frustrated to invest my huge money into it...will not suggest anyone..
