★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopefully it will improve leaps and bounds. Pizza Hut is alright but the ambience needs to improve... No sink and it feels dingy. Hopefully better shops for clothes will soon be available as i went to Reliance Trends and had such a unsatisfactory experience, especially with the staff of Trends. So overall i hope it will improve and i am looking forward to it as i am glad we have a Cmr Central now in Gajuwaka.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m sharing harrowing experience of yesterday. It has been my favourite spot because of Pizza and KFC. As usual me and my son went there for KFC chicken, my son was keeping a small scooter with him which is being allowed all across the malls everywhere. Despite my requests, the security staff didn’t allow him to ride his scooter, that’s fine.. when I spoke to manager VIKRAM of the mall about the same and told him that kids scooter and hoverboards are allowed by all the malls all across the globe, he replied in an arrogant fashion that may be its allowed in all the malls but not in his mall. How can he be so arrogant and impolite. But I thought it’s better to leave than to convince him. Felt sad to see such an employee has been hired who doesn’t possess soft skills to deal with customer. He would have conveyed his points politely as well. Anyway, no grudges, I’ll never visit CMR, Gajuwaka again. Have shared my experience with my family and friends too, they too were surprised to hear about arrogance of the Manager Vikram. I have told Mr Vikram that I’ll speak to owners about the same but I don’t have time to complain and to follow up. Better I should avoid the place whose manager is not humble enough to resolve customers problemS. Trust me, you lost a valuable customer and if you don’t groom your employees, you will loose many. For me, it a big no. I’ll not mind travelling 20 kms to visit Pizza Hut / KFC but will never visit your mall. You guys must take cue for decathlon, where there is a big crowd and people wife bicycles and scooters. Even scooters and hoverboards are allowed in every mall .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only place which Gajuwaka people are waiting for since a long time... Craving for KFC chicken will end here... Amazed to see that burger King,kfc are always crowded... finally Gajuwaka people can have kfc Wednesday bucket...yayyy!!!
Recently second floor also opened with 3 stores...fashion...some store kind of miniso...and the third one is Ray ban branded Goggles store... We can have a good time here wth family ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thats what exactly steel plant employees and gajuwaka people were looking for. Kfc is best thing here. Some fashion brands have opened their store. Once inox will be opened then it is the best mall to visit. Ample of parking space for two wheelers as well as four wheelers. Escalator and lift are available. It is opened till 9:30 pm. Cheers
