★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This evening, dec9 we did family shopping and when my wife stood in line for the complementary gift the concerned staff behaviour was very rude and unprofessional, CMR needs to train their staff on customer centric behaviour and Empathy.
I have refused to accept the complimentary gift on this regard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CMR Shopping Mall, ELURU branch has some serious Salesmen BEHAVIOURAL issues... I am from Rajahmundry, i purchase few ethnic wear items here but due to accessories being out of stock & i was told to try in Eluru branch as the marriage was in Eluru itself. So whene i approached Eluru branch for accessories, i was told by salesmen that I will have to buy the entire ethnic wear pair and only then they ll sell the accessories to me else they won't.. THAT WAS A NEW SO CALLED RULE I HEARD IN MY ENTIRE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE & when I simply sais that it was THE WORST AND PATHETIC CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & that I would never return to CMR again & also would report it to the management, then the salesman agreed to show me the accessories. What if it was an ordinary customer with no idea about customer experience then they would simply leave without complaining. THATS NOT RIGHT.. CMR, PLEASE TRAIN Your SALESMEN STAFF TO BEHAVE & BE POLITE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS WHETHER OR NOT THEY PURCHASE ANYTHING... OR YOU WILL LOOSE CUSTOMERS DRASTICALLY...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for shopping all things at one stop. Parking is not available for more vehicles. It has limited space for it. Otherwise, it is neat and clean place with good sales persons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not well organized. Sarees section ok but kids, men, sections are not upto the mark. Middle class and lower Middle class nothing to here.In many sections sales personnel are not customer friendly. Appears too costly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a lehenga from this cmr mall for 7000rs . It’s very cheap in quality that it has Shrunken in size after one wash as shown in pic. It’s of no use now because the inner lining looks longer than the outer part ?.. very disappointed with this mall.
