CNC Tech - Pune

I am Cirilo Godinho, I am 51 years old and have worked abroad all my life. I now plan to go abroad for future prospects. I came to Pune at CNC TECH for training on CNC Technology. Mr Ravindra Pillay teaching is excellent which helped me to learn and understand CNC programming, machine setting and cnc machine operation. I wish I had a experienced Sir like Mr Ravindra Pillay in my past years of my career. Mr Pillay sir not only teach cnc programming but also encourage students how to work hard to make their career. Helping students to do internship in different companies that they may get more experience and stand in their own feet and be confident in their work. I write the following not as his son but as a student in his class: I attended Mr. Pillay's class when I was still studying for my BE a few years ago (I now live and work abroad) and despite being my father he still insisted that I pay the fee, dress appropriately, come to class on time and give him the respect that was due as a teacher - as you would at any institute or school. In his class his focus was always on the fundamental concepts and he always insisted that I go beyond what was in the text books in college and think logically and to apply common sense when appropriate (Anyone reading this after his class will know the significance of dividing by Zero). His knowledge of CNCs is beyond vast and though I do not work in the CNC field anymore his principles of thinking logically has helped me greatly in every job that I have had. Even more so I try to use his presentation techniques and teaching methodology in my work though I do not think I do it as well as he does. To anyone attending his class, Mr. Pillay does not just teach you a list of G and M codes, give you a certificate and send you on your way. He tries to teach you lessons for life and your career and he does so in the funniest and most light hearted way possible. His class not only teaches you to program CNC machines but prepares you to grow in your career to be able to manage a team or a division in your company. Highly recommend you attend his class not only for the knowledge to take advantage of experience. It will be worth way more than the fee you pay.

Tanmay Sonawane D. Y. Patil School Of Engineering Pune My Feedback on my training on CNC Technology at CNC TECH with Ravindra Pillay Sir. I am a final year student of DYPSOE. I attended Mr Ravindra Pillay’s webinar on “Importance of CNC Technology in the Industry”. Soon after that I and Ram Barde decided to contact sir, and the very next day morning went at his place and wanted to join his 3weeks full day course. After the discussion about date of joining I just asked Sir that “Will I learn some G codes and M codes so that it would be easier to learn further?” Sir Calmly replied “No, I shape my students just like a sculptor shapes the sculpture.” and make the engineers useful to the manufacturing Industry. That’s where I got impressed !! We joined the 4Oct21 batch. And the way he taught us Codes was magical, I would not forget it ever! We used to sit for more than 6 hours at a stretch, and don’t remember a second when I felt bored or wanted to go home. Through out the course, Sir makes a lot of jokes while teaching but every joke has a meaning behind it, that helps you remember that specific concept associated with that joke so then it becomes impossible to forget it. Initially when Sir promised to make us programmer in just 2 days, I always wondered then what else is there more to learn beyond G and M codes. I never imagined that the subject could be so deep and being an engineer how much we were ignorant about the manufacturing processes. It was mind boggling experience. Today I realize and really wonder, how can any engineer without all these deep knowledge SURVIVE in the industry? The most surprising and unbelievable part is that even before the course could be finished, Sir sent us all 4 students for interviews and there,!! We all are already placed in a industry where  we can learn hands on. Sir, does not teaches, he trains you and more than that, he guides you in all aspects of life! Today we are able to read drawings, write complex CNC and VMC Programs so easily. Though it is the beginning, we are sure we will go far. As our training is about to end, it just feels like that it should never ever end….(there is no any educational criteria to learn  CNC here, but the basic criteria is  honesty to learn and ability to work hard) To enjoy and have fun during learning, then CNC TECH is the place and Ravindra Sir is the one. He has really sculpted our career even before we could pass our degree. I only feel sad for other engineers who are missing all this. Wish they too gain all the knowledge available here in abundance and the decades of Sir’s experience. Thank you sir for being such a unique trainer and mentor.

Dear sir, I would like to extend a warm thank you from the bottom of my heart that I came across through CNC - Tech Pune and my life changed forever. Mr. Ravindra Pillay sir is an amazingly enthusiastic presenter, the way he tries to communicate with the students is just unmatchable by any professor that are out there in the market, the spontaneous metaphor's that he uses to clear quick small doubts that arise in the mind are so funny, that even after year's the concept would still be clear in your mind. After the completion of the course I'm qualified enough to a. Read simple engineering drawings. b. Program a CNC/VMC machine. c. Do the settings of CNC/VMC machine. d. Operate the CNC/VMC machine independently. Sir induces so much interest in a student's mind that within second day of the training I was having a hands on experience on a CNC machine which was practically impossible for me to do in our industry as well. The training at CNC - Tech not only comprised of CNC & VMC programing but also the fundamentals of engineering which each and every institute fails to deliver to the students. I was totally a non-technical person with 0 knowledge of mechanical engineering, but after 4 weeks of training under sir and now no one now would ever believe that I'm a non - technical person. सर हे कल्पवृक्षाप्रमाणे महान आहेत.कल्पवृक्ष आपण काय काय कल्पना करू ते देतो पण मला वाटते की सर त्यापेक्षाही खूप महान आहेत, कारण मला त्यांनी जी सकारात्मकता दिली आणि आयुष्याकडे बघण्याचा माझा दृष्टीकोन बदलून आज मी पुन्हा नव्याने जन्मलो. म्हणून सरांचे गुणवर्णन करण्यास माझी लेखणी खूप छोटी आहे. मी या सर्वासाठी माझ्या आयुष्यभर कृतज्ञ राहीन.?? My name is shankar kumar panda. I am a Diploma in mechanical engg. I have 12.3 yrs of experience in a MNC company. Though I was working on CNC & VMC machines for last 10 yrs but gained no depth of knowledge in CNC programming. One day I searched on google & got to know about CNC TECH Institute in Ramwadi. I called & visited the institute. I got introduced to Ravindra Pillay sir in CNC TECH. Discussed about my goal my career and my problem. Pillay Sir gave me a mind twister game to solve. Myself Shubham Pawar as I have done my Mechanical Engineering from JSPM in2021, as it was my choice to make my career in core, but I didn’t know or have any idea what to do, or what can I do. One day my friend suggested me to go from basics like CNC programming and that will be good choice as I am Mechanical Engineer. Then I started searching about a best institute and luckily I came across the Institute “CNC tech” and that was my life changer. I want to thank Ravindra Pillay Sir, for making all things in course so easy and so much interesting to understand that it was really fun to learn CNC programming. On the first day when I visited institute for admission, Sir and I had for sometime conversation then sir give me a mind twisting game to solve and I was not able to solve it. That day I understood that we don't stand anywhere. when we can't solve a game so what else we can do. But when course started, Sir give us best life moral Stories from which we can learn lots of thing. Sir told me first day itself only to throw away all our fears and that was the day from when I never turn back and look, the course is more than worth which we pay for it. Actually as a fresher I was not having the industry knowledge, like what actually happens in a industry, or how it works. But the day I joined the course the next day itself Sir send me to manufacturing firm for internship so that I will get to know what actual is a industry and also to know how a CNC and VMC machine works and how they are operated in the industry, so that their is no fear within me related to CNC and VMC. I used to attend class in morning and after lunch I went for the internship which was very helpful for me to understand what sir teaches in the class. Hence now I have got that much confidence that I can work on CNC and VMC easily and also understand what is going on. Surprisingly, All this has happened even before the course is completed. As a child I was always intrigued by how things work and how things are made. I was always inclined towards engineering. During my graduation, I had lost my interest in engineering because of our education system and how the engineering colleges work. I wanted to up my skills before getting into the industrial world. Hi I am Parimal Pathak, An Electrical Engineering professional working as Maintenance engineer in manufacturing industry. I had gone through many books and You tube videos to learn the CNC-HMC operation and programming. After I got too serious about getting a good knowledge about CNC-VMC, I tried to look for offline courses. After many more finding I came across Mr. Ravindra Pillay's CNC Tech. It was like a turn around moments for me. I will remember the day I mate Mr. Pillay for my lifetime. Mr. Pillay made me remember every details of my purpose to do the course or to gain knowledge about CNC. He told me how powerful can be the focused mind. He made me think differently on problems and to kill a casual attitude. Mr. Pillay also continuously and repetitively told me how the "STYLE" is important for personality impact . Throughout the course he was too mind blowing, interactive and pouring knowledge pool.
