I have fill cng from this pump on dated 12-11-2021 at that time fuel showing 1 green point just started on pdpu road then also when I fill cng they gas near about 8.30 kg of rs 541 how it can be possible that's means they are doing something setting in the machine. In machine showing amount 540.70 then also while swiping he had charged rs 541 with me and I make objection then they told that every body is given charged in swipe machine there is no option of making point they are make full a customer earn 10 paise 90 paise etc from every customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff is not well And mr shrinivashan ( filler ). Is not satisfied answer he told us I have no swiping machine. And just my behind some other filler swipe the machine and mr shrinivashan tell me only cash payment will you have cash ? Other wise go another pump and the machine is operative only day not use night so I think he some miss understanding in his account of books

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff behavior is not good. I have a company fitted CNG car and every time , i have to wait for refilling the gas as there is only one nozzle. Instead of keeping one line, there are two lines for refilling the cng. Other cars which are not having company fitted kit, they are allowed first for refilling. Today, i have just tried to talk about this to the guy who is filling the gas. , He was misbehaving with me. There is no proper management. Totally disappointed with the service and behavior of the staff.
