We were assisted by Rajesh, who quickly understood what we were looking for, and patiently showed us all the places. Within one day we found the perfect accommodation at the most ideal location. Thanks to the efforts and excellent professional services by Rajesh, we were also able to move in without any hassle. The property manager Ravi has also been very helpful in addressing any concerns that we have. Highly recommended to go with Co-Housing Property Management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never rent home from here.. They Will not be professional and will not give your advance money back. It's our personal experience. I haven't got my advance money back yet. I have been chasing them for more than 5 months.. This is the same case for all the residents there.. Do not trust them.. They will treat you like dog after getting the advance..
We stayed there for 2.5 years and have been more ethical.. We have paid the rent, maintanence and advance on time. When we wanted to vacate the house and they charged 1 month rent for maintanence which is actually against the law. And they gave us the post dated cheque but they also told us not to deposit the cheque as the account has no money. For past 5 months we have been following up them.. Every single time they will say come next week, come tomorrow, we will transfer by 10th, 15th, 20th and so on.. But they will not pay.
It's a huge ditch if you select this apartment.

Overall quite satisfied with the services and strongly recommend to anyone thank u Srinivas and co housing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vacated the flat in July’2021. Today is 1st October we still haven’t received the furniture security deposit. K SREERAMALU promised that he’ll transfer the deposit in august’2021. But we haven’t received anything from him yet. He’s not picking up calls and neither responding to texts.
Co-housing is a fraud company. Pathetic experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience,when i rented property 1st one month everything was fine,then after problem started,it happen onece in week that there is either no electricity or no water,recently there was 3 day no electricity and water ,and the moat annoying thigs is there is no resposne from them they did not pick the call or switch off the phones,i havent seen such careless attitude.be carefull guys

I would like to give zero rating but no option seems
They are not genuine and cheaters....not returning deposit amount even aftet 1year and after deducing charges...i do not recommend any one go to this agency for anything..very bad..not responding to call..
Feelig frustrated and full depressed due to this..my hard earned money they are not returning
