★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had bought a pure cotton cream saree with a pink pattern on it for about 4,000/- about a year ago. After my wife got falls etc done we felt it would be better to get it dry cleaned for the first time. The pink pattern across the saree bled color and the whole saree was spoilt. We went to Co-Optex and told them look this happened...how can you help? Firstly, the lady who attended to us first was absolutely RUDE. I was getting really upset and then another sales girl intervened and said leave the saree and we will revert back to you. We used to check periodically but after a year they said we can't do anything. Any other showroom would have taken the saree back.
